We saw this cat in Key West, Florida running around the island. Apparently a couple of guys used this boat to give the tourist a ride around the area at speeds a little faster than the typical schooners, fishing boats, tour boats or sunset cruise sailboats. Apparently some company named "Sea Rocket" built the original hull. The guy running the place said, "Their friend bought the molds and they were now being built in Lake Havasu, AZ by Domin8tor Boats." The cat is designed to carry about 14 people, plus the driver and "guide". He said, "They were limited to 60 mph by the Coast Guard." When we went for our ride, there was a total of 14 people on the boat. The boat is powered by a pair of turbocharged Yanmar diesels. This boat jumped on plane as fast as any cat I've ever been on even with a third of the passengers!
